rank Bardonaro Jr., President of Sales for Maxim Crane, has commenced a scholarship grant program to show gratitude for his father Frank Bardonaro Sr. who worked as a dedicated professional in crane industry and other associated sectors like transportation and rigging industry. The core objective of the newly established SC&RA scholarship program is all about drawing young and dynamic people to the industry.

It is one of the two newly started SC&RA foundation programs, which will continue to get funds for the next five years. The selected candidates would be treated as a family member of the existing pool of professional. There are some basic factors which would be considered thoroughly while checking credentials of the candidates. The candidates who are generally involved in charitable assignments, who hold high grade marks, and who have been involved in extracurricular activities, would be highly preferred for the scholarship program.

Frank Bardonaro Sr. had earned so much popularity with the peers because of his great visions. He was a pioneer professional for creating safety programs for operators and crane drivers. In addition, he also advocated for the inclusion of advanced and high-end technology in crane industry.

Bardonaro Sr. worked as an operation manager for more than 25 years at Carlisle Crane that later in 1999 merged with Anthony Carne.
