In the last blog post, we had have discussion over the possible expansion in staff pool in the crane industry. This time it is about career promotion event which is programmed to be held in Chicago in the month of June this year. The event is all about augmenting the workforce in the industry by attracting youth to crane industry in the US.

The National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCO), along with KHL and SC&RA, is planning to conduct an event for promoting employment in crane industry in the US. These three giants would be presenting all the lucrative aspects of the industry so as to allure more and more youths. The event “Life & Move USA” is scheduled to be held in Chicago from June 16 to 17 this year.

The event shall provide professional advice on the lucrative career opportunity to the high school students and the people pursuing degrees in community colleges. The promotional event has been designed in such a way that the students would get all the key aspects in merely two days. On the first day, the session would be focused on the types of job, the salary range, career progression, and various opportunities in the industry. On the second day, it would aim to present the activities the employers are engaged. It is believed to be the best way to take the industry to masses with regard to career prospective.

Life & Move USA is the first promotional activity of its kind that is solely aimed to increase the staff pool. The event has got huge support from the industry peers along with long-time SC&RA members.
